HOW TO JOIN
To become a member of Te Arawa Swimming Club, you can register anytime, but the annual membership period is from 01 July to 30 June each year.
Grab a welcome pack from your coaches at the pool, fill in the membership form or email our club administrator to be entered into the membership database.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
We have several membership options available:
Recreational Swimmer – Ideal for an entry level swimmer or swimmer who has an interest in swimming but does not want to compete. May compete in open water and can take part in club nights.
Club swimmer - Swimmers who train for fitness and wish to compete at club nights and local meets
Competitive swimmer – Swimmers who wish to compete at Club, Regional and National events
Technical official – Membership for parents volunteering as timekeepers and IOT’s.
Friend of Swimming – Membership for a parent or sponsor wanting to be part of our swimming community
ADDITIONAL FEES - SWIMMING NEW ZEALAND/REGIONAL REGISTRATION FEES
In addition to our club membership, all club and competitive swimmers must be registered annually with both Swimming Bay of Plenty (SBOP) and Swimming New Zealand (SNZ) to enable them to enter competitions.
The registration period is from 01 July to 30 June each year.
2022 Club swimmers:
$60 SNZ fee
2022 Competitive Swimmers:
$66.50 SNZ fee
$25.00 SBOP fee
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Recreational swimmers pay $20 via bank deposit.
Club and Competitve swimmers combined fees via your fastlane account.
